For Heat Therapy. Place red pod component in microwave oven on high setting for 30 seconds. Note: ovens of different wattage require different heating times. Adjust accordingly. If not hot enough, continue to heat in 10 second intervals to reach desired temperature. Do not overheat pods; handle with extreme care. Discontinue use if the compress leaks. The gel is non-toxic, wash with cold water if gel contacts skin. Use heat therapy: to reduce stiffness and increase circulation. Use at night with splint for nagging arthritis pain, carpal tunnel.
