X cross velcro locking straps combined with medial and lateral hinges provides a hyper-extension stop at 0°. Position the product so that the hinges are on either side of the elbow. Adjust X-Cross velcro to appropriate tightness to prevent hyperextension. Thermoskin retains natural body heat yet allows skin to breathe. Thermoskin heat retainers are a simple form of prolonged heat treatment for muscles, tendons and ligaments.
