The IT Band is a tough, fibrous tissue that runs from the hip to the outside of the knee that can become inflamed and cause the Patella (knee cap) to be pulled (patellar subluxation) as well as cause rubbing and irritation on the outside part of the knee. Size S-L fits up to 19"Size XL fits 19" to 23" This IT Band Wrap provides targeted compression, stabilizing the Iliotibial tract. In addition, it absorbs stress to the area and reduces friction and rubbing of the femoral condyle. The Iliotibial Band Wrap includes a compression pad which provides effective, targeted compression. It is 2" wide and is made from UBL neoprene which is Velcro compatible and very comfortable on the skin. It is adjustable and stays in place.
