Pull brace up and align patella opening over kneecap. ACE logo should be on top of kneecap. 3. Fasten upper, lower and middle straps to desired compression level. 4. Adjust all straps as needed. How to wear without Comfort Fit sleeve: Do not put foot through Comfort Fit sleeve. Align patella opening with Comfort Fit sleeve over kneecap and follow step 3 and 4.
