Short with blue swirl foam, 3/4 of full length blue swirl foam and short length gray neoprene and 3/4 of total length gray neoprene.This arch supports are made of semi-flexible to rigid 3mm plastic, recommended for shoes with a width “D” the arch is an average and might not fit everyone, pre-made foot orthotics are an inexpensive way to give some arch support before using custom foot orthotics. Select the semi-white for a stiffer option. Please view the table below to know the approximate measurement of the length and width of the shells and recommended shoe size, but, the size may need to be adjusted according to the length of your foot’s arch. The Shell should not interfere with the ball of the foot, it means, the distal part or front or the shell should be just behind the ball of the foot – see pictures.
