Make sure you have a comfortable seat. To further relieve the lumbar spine, tighten the side reins evenly and simultaneously. Make sure you pull on both side reins at the same time to avoid unwanted rotation on the spine. During the course of therapy, the reins can be removed individually; this decision is made by the treating doctor. To remove the reins, please loosen the Velcro fasteners of the two tension straps on the sides of the abdominal panels and also the Velcro fastener of the central stabilization element in the back area Gentle cycle.
