ALPS specifies the AKFR Extreme liner for above-knee and active below-knee prosthetic applications, with reduced vertical stretch for improved stability and control. Important: AKFR24-6 is CUSHION, not locking. The corresponding Extreme locking models use the AKDT prefix.
