This is a posture corrector brace- size small. I tried it on and it did not fit correctly on me. Probably needed a medium. This will fit a small woman. You can see the different Velcro pieces in the picture. This is how it goes on, with Velcro and then you tighten it. There are videos online of people putting them on to help you understand.
