SUGGESTED USE: Wrapping Instructions: 1. Place thumb through slot (foam side to skin) with short strap positioned on the back of hand. 2. Wrap long strap snugly around and over short. Secure with internal hook & loop dot. 3. Continue wrapping strap snugly once around hand. 4. Continue wrapping around wrist. 5. Pull to tighten and fasten with Velcro® for desired compression. Tension should be snug but not too tight. Wash/Care Instructions: When soiled, hand wash with a mild fragrance-free, chlorine-free detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water. Lay flat on a rack or hang, foam side up, to air dry. INGREDIENTS: WARNINGS: Do not machine wash or dry as this may damage your product. Discontinue use if skin irritation is observed.
