Steel Frame Back Brace Adult, Adjustable. There are no identifying brand markings or size on the brace but it appears to be a thoracic spinal support brace for osteoporosis/ compression fractures. Maybe womens medium (expanded to the largest size) or Large. It fit (see photos) approximately 39" waist and 41" chest. The lubar strap is easily adjusted with velcro. It weighs about 2 lbs.
