(These are indeed authentic Posture Pump Brand products) I bought these from my chiro and used myself for a short time then stored safely. I want to say the neck device is the Model 1100-s. I believe the lower back unit is the Model 2000. It is missing the head strap for the neck device but I genuinely always felt like that was way to restrictive anyhow. I used it without it the entire time.
