Any mechanical issues can be refund within the first week after receiving the item in the usa. No returns for international buyers This is a right only hand. Check with prosthetist to help set up the socket, hand, power source prior to purchase. This item will need external batteries that are built into a custom made socket. The hand is connected to the socket to provide power to the hand. Purchase does not include the power source or batteries that will have to be internally fabricated into the socket. This is how these type of hand works. You will have to get a socket made with the correct batteries to operate the hand or already have a previous made socket that is compatible with the hand. I am not responsible for programming the hand or supplying the power source/socket that will be needed to use the hand. I do not advertise returns because people take advantage of that option and send me the item back broken and misused. But with that said if you can convince me and show/explain to me there is a mechanical issue with the item I have no problem accepting an return. Returns are only valid with mechanical issues. Returns are not accepted because you change your mind, or you can’t find someone to help you use this device, program the hand, or fabricate a socket with the needed battery source. I would recommend if you don’t already have a compatible socket that can be used with the hand to do your due diligence and see if a prosthetist is willing to help you set this item up correctly, if applicable. It is your responsibility prior to purchase to have a game plan on how you are going to utilize the item. It is not recommended to buy the hand and then try to figure out how to get help. But again if you buy it, it’s yours. Again the mechanical issues are the only exception.
