I would have to classify this boot as newsed. The hospital required a brace be installed until the orthopedic doctor could see my wife. We left the hospital, drove to the orthopedic office (10 min. away), and it was removed and never put back on. It is really, new. We were charged a whole lot for the brace, but we have no use for it. Our loss, your gain. Amazon sells them for about $140.
